The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh recently hosted its fall 2025 Internship & Career Fair at the Kolf Sports Center, attracting more than 1,000 students and 135 industry professionals. The event is part of a biannual series organized by the university to connect students with potential employers and support their career development.
“Employers consistently rank UWO as one of the best campus recruiting events they attend,” said Jaime Page-Stadler, director of Career & Professional Development. “Students benefit by exploring a wide range of career path, hearing alumni success stories and connecting directly with professionals to discover internships and employment opportunities. It’s an invaluable opportunity to clarify goals, expand networks and see how their UW-Oshkosh preparation translates into meaningful careers.”
According to organizers, these career fairs help students gain insights into different industries while providing companies with an opportunity to engage with future graduates and build relationships for recruitment. Page-Stadler noted that employers use the fair to enhance their visibility on campus and establish pipelines for hiring new talent.
