FOIA Request to City of Clintonville Regarding New Voter Registration Records on November 7, 2024.
In a continued effort to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, Fox Cities News has sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the City of Clintonville. The request, sent under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., is for the records of new voters who registered on Election Day, November 5, 2024.
As an integral part of our mission to hold public institutions accountable and provide transparency to the public, we at Fox Cities News believe that access to these public records is essential. It will enable us to fulfill our professional responsibilities and further enhance our news reporting capabilities.
