These events are designed to help the community understand the projects involved and their potential impact, equipping them with the necessary information to make an informed decision on April 1 regarding the district's schools.

The information sessions will feature presentations followed by Q&A opportunities. The schedule includes:

- February 21 at 8:30 AM at South Park Middle School

- March 3 at 6:30 PM at Oakwood Elementary School

- March 13 at 6:30 PM at South Park Middle School

- March 18 at 6:30 PM at Franklin Elementary School

- March 26 at 10:30 AM at Oshkosh Public Library

Informal Q&A sessions will also be available for residents to interact with OASD Superintendent Dr. Bryan Davis and other district leaders. These will take place on:

- February 17 from 8:30-9:30 AM at Caramel Crisp

- February 28 from 10-11 AM at Senior Center - Willow Room South Building

- March 12 from 7:30-8:30 AM at Elsewhere Market

- March 24 from 7:30-8:30 AM at Delta Family Restaurant

Dr. Bryan Davis emphasized the importance of these sessions, stating, "We believe it’s crucial for every community member to have access to accurate and timely information about the future of our schools." He added that these events allow residents to hear directly from district leaders.

To further engage with the community, district leaders are open to presenting to local organizations and groups upon request via email. A dedicated webpage has been launched by the district, offering comprehensive details about the referendum and related planning efforts. Residents can access this information online or contact the district by phone or email.

Throughout its facilities planning process, OASD has focused on engaging with the community while considering student needs and fiscal responsibility. Community members are encouraged to participate in upcoming sessions or reach out for more information.
