Jim VandeHei, a University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumnus and co-founder and CEO of Axios, delivered the keynote addresses at the UWO Spring 2024 Commencement ceremonies on May 18. The events took place at Kolf Sports Center, where hundreds of graduates, families, and supporters gathered to celebrate their academic achievements.

Reflecting on his journey since graduating in 1995, VandeHei shared insights from his new book "Just the Good Stuff," which offers practical advice on leadership under the subtitle “No-B.S. Secrets to Success.” In his address, he emphasized the importance of small actions in making significant impacts.

VandeHei's speeches were scheduled for both 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., marking a notable return to his alma mater three decades after completing his studies there.
