The selection process for this list involved an independent survey conducted by Forbes and Statista. More than 160,000 employees from companies with at least 500 workers in the United States participated. Over two million employer evaluations were considered for the ranking. The final score included both personal evaluations from employees and public evaluations from friends, family members, or others in the same industry.
