On Friday, April 4, former Kimberly High School standout Cal McGinnis’ college team lost in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, April 4, former Kimberly High School standout Cal McGinnis’ current college team, the Evansville Purple Aces, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UIC Flames.

The game took place at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Flames this season.

The Purple Aces’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium against UIC Flames.
