Fans may have noticed that the official website for UW-Oshkosh athletics looks different than it did just a few days ago. This change results from a collaboration between UW-Oshkosh athletics and SIDEARM to provide a new state-of-the-art look for the online home of the Titans’ 20 intercollegiate sports.
The user-friendly website offers a clean and modern design while providing optimal viewing across various devices, from mobile phones to desktop computers. The redesigned platform remains a source of news and information for the department with an increased social media presence and an interactive calendar on the home page.
“We’re extremely excited about our new partnership with SIDEARM and want to thank their staff for their help redesigning uwoshkoshtitans.com and the opportunity to share the enhanced website with our student-athletes, coaches, alumni, donors, faculty, recruits, media and friends,” said Darryl Sims, UW-Oshkosh Assistant Chancellor, Athletics. “The website is the front porch of our department and showcases who we are while capturing the many wonderful things our programs are doing. I also want to thank PrestoSports for the partnership our two organizations have enjoyed for the last 12 years.”
The website’s main page prominently displays the department’s official Instagram feed. In the Sports menu tab on the main navigation bar of the desktop version, links to social media accounts for every team are located next to traditional Schedule, Roster, and News links from the previous site.
Fans can also easily access team schedules, live stats, live broadcasts, and tickets to home events from the front page without needing to navigate to a specific team’s schedule page. The website features a cleaner look with a more efficient layout of stories and highlights such as Titans of the Week. It also showcases team national championships, individual national championships, and conference championships.
Additionally, an expanded archive section is being created with all-time records against all opponents to honor the school’s championship history and chronicle its sport programs' success.
Founded over two decades ago, SIDEARM powers digital fan experiences for more than 1,500 partners across North America.
