Rep. Ron Tusler, a Republican representing Wisconsin's 3rd House district since 2017, recently used his social media platform to highlight local economic achievements, legislative actions on tax policy, and efforts to preserve state parks.

On July 29, 2025, Tusler referenced his family's historical connection to High Cliff State Park and recent legislative support for park maintenance funding. He stated, "In 1956, my great-grandfather, Sen. Gordon Bubolz, helped establish High Cliff State Park bc he knew how vital it was to protect WI's natural treasures. I proudly voted to boost funding for park maintenance so future generations can keep enjoying state parks like High Cliff."

A day later, on July 30, 2025, Tusler commented on the region’s economic performance: "Calumet Co. had the 2nd-lowest unemployment rate in the state in June at 2.5%. With Manitowoc Co. at 2.9% and WI at 3.2%. I'm honored to represent such a hard-working district! I will continue to embody your work ethic to fight the dysfunction in Madison."

On July 31, 2025, Tusler discussed recent budget legislation passed by Wisconsin Republicans: "No budget is perfect, but I’m proud Wisconsin Republicans passed one that cuts middle-class taxes, especially on essentials like gas and electricity. Wisconsinites deserve relief where it counts. We’re cutting costs and putting families first."

Tusler has served as a member of the Wisconsin State House since his election in 2017 after succeeding Alvin Ott.
