Froedtert ThedaCare Health has announced the appointment of Lynn Detterman as president of its North Region. In her new role, Detterman will focus on maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care and managing operational responsibilities within the region. This includes developing plans for systems and staffing to support the organization's growth and health objectives.
Detterman expressed her enthusiasm for the position, stating, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role where I can continue supporting our teams who are providing comprehensive and high-quality care for patients and families.” She added that she is excited about contributing to the mission of improving community health.
The North Region covers the Fox Valley area and surrounding rural markets, including Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan. As part of the Froedtert ThedaCare Health Executive Leadership Team, Detterman will influence strategies and operations across the system.
Detterman joined ThedaCare in 2020 as Senior Vice President of ThedaCare South Region. During her tenure, she played a significant role in modernizing ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah with a $100 million investment. Her leadership helped achieve top performance ratings by Vizient and a 5-star CMS rating. She also oversaw initiatives such as an obstetrical emergency department and hospitalist program in Wisconsin.

Before joining ThedaCare, Detterman held various leadership roles at another Midwest healthcare system. Her experience includes leading hospitals with high CMS ratings and involvement in projects like designing a replacement hospital and implementing surgical technology advancements.
