OSHKOSH, Wis.,- The garbage and recycling collection service for the city of Oshkosh may be slightly delayed each collection day during the week of July 3. The Sanitation Division is asking for your patience.
In observance of Independence Day, there will be no garbage and/or recycling collection on July 4. Garbage and recycling collection scheduled for Tuesday, July 4 moves to Wednesday, July 5 and collections for the remainder of the week will be one day later. Collection for Friday, July 7 will move to Saturday, July 8. Regular services will resume on Monday, July 10.
Additionally, the City’s yard waste drop off site located on W. 3rd Avenue (between Idaho Street & Ohio Street) will be closed for the holiday on Tuesday, July 4. The drop off site will reopen on Wednesday, July 5.
Residential curbside brush collection for July will take place on the regularly scheduled garbage collection day the week of July 10 thru July 14.
