City of Waupaca issued the following announcement on Oct. 19
The concrete crew completed all road pavement for Main Street this week. They will return next week (10/18 through 10/22) and keep pouring more concrete. There this a little curb left and some sidewalk. After the “grey” concrete is done, they will move onto pouring decorative concrete.
The electrical crew should be onsite next week to set concrete bases for street lights. Gerke will be back prepping for the decorative concrete and for asphalt tie-ins on the side streets.
The week of 10/25 through 10/29 we will finally see trees, asphalt tie-ins, and hopefully street lights.
