City of Waupaca issued the following on Oct. 24
Concrete work will be completed early this week. New asphalt pavement will be placed on Granite Street and the parking lot by mid next week. Even-though the road looks complete, we have to install new signs and pavement markings before we can open. Our goal is to open by Halloween!
