Face

City of Oshkosh issued the following on Sep. 22

Ordinance to require face coverings to be withdrawn from agenda

Staff recommends withdrawal due to Gov. Evers’ statewide Order

As a result of Governor Evers’ Order extending the statewide Face Covering Order for another 60 days, Oshkosh city staff are recommending that

Oshkosh Common Council Agenda Item Ord. 20-410, “Create Ordinance to Require Face Coverings in Response to COVID-19 Coronavirus Emergency” be withdrawn from

consideration at this evening’s Common Council meeting. If the item is withdrawn from consideration, the Ordinance would no longer be included for

consideration on the agenda. As a result of the withdrawal, the item would no longer be a subject to which the public may comment.

This evening’s meeting will still be held at the Oshkosh Convention Center, 2 N. Main St., at 6:00 p.m. as noticed on the Oshkosh Common Council agenda. The meeting will be preceded by a Council Workshop meeting on Affordable Housing that begins at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be televised on Oshkosh Media GovTV, Spectrum Channel 10, AT&T U-verse Channel 99, streaming on OshkoshMedia.org, and Oshkosh Media app on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV. It will also be broadcast on Oshkosh FM 101.9. For more information, please contact the City Manager’s Office at (920) 236-5002.
