On Saturday, May 3, former Appleton East High School standout Maddie Heisler’s current college team, the Ripon Red hawks, lost 10-6 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Grinnell Pioneers.
The game took place at Tracy Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Red hawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6 at 3 p.m. at Tracy Field against Mount Mary Blue Angels.
