Rep. Ron Tusler, a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly representing the 3rd House district since 2017, has recently posted several statements on his social media account addressing property taxes and judicial conduct in Wisconsin.
On December 17, 2025, Tusler criticized Governor Tony Evers’ use of a veto power, stating: “Property taxes are rising because Gov. Evers said so. His unilateral 400-year veto bypassed the Legislature and stuck Wisconsin families with the bill. No governor should ever have that power, but Evers took it anyway. Is this what the Left thinks ‘Democracy’ looks like?”
Three days later, on December 20, 2025, Tusler made an allegation against a state judge: “Judge Hannah Dugan Found Guilty of Felony Obstruction – https://t.co/AGXAQmoeTD” He also directed followers to additional updates from Madison in another post: “Click here for this week’s news from Madison – https://t.co/AGXAQmoeTD https://t.co/rBZYKjHohU”
Tusler was first elected to represent Wisconsin’s 3rd House district in 2017 after succeeding Alvin Ott. As a Republican legislator, he has been vocal about executive actions taken by Governor Evers and developments within the state’s judiciary.
