Former Hortonville High School standout Thomas Burns played on Sunday, June 1 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship

On Sunday, June 1, former Hortonville High School standout Thomas Burns’ current collegiate team the Texas Longhorns lost 15-8 against the Kansas State Wildcats in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at UFCU Disch-Falk Field at 2:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Kansas State Wildcats in the tournament.

The Texas Longhorns’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 7:05 p.m. at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
